Our Mission
We provide speech, occupational, and physical therapy to children through age 18 in their most natural environment — their home — placing a strong emphasis on parent education and coaching. We believe by building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, we can support them in making small shifts throughout their daily routines that produce large gains in their child’s development.

We are therapist first:
As a member of the RL team, we are committed to providing you connection during your work day. We offer one-on-one onboarding and mentorship to new team members. Twice monthly meetings are offered to support our evidence based practice and lifelong learning. Working from home, doesn’t mean working alone!

- You have experience utilizing Routine Based Intervention (RBI) or parent coaching in a family’s home.
